Alex Gadd is a novelist, media entrepreneur, podcast host, musician, and longtime enterprise software sales and customer-success leader. He is the founder and president of World Highway Media and the creator and host of The Rock-N-Roll Show Podcast. His first novel, The Gristmill, explores work, ambition, money, music, relationships, and how we define success.

Alex Gadd has spent more than twenty-five years working in technology, enterprise software sales, customer success, and leadership. Alongside that career, music has remained a constant—as a listener, musician, songwriter, writer, interviewer, and fan.

He is the founder and president of World Highway Media and the creator and host of The Rock-N-Roll Show Podcast, a show built around music worth talking about.

Those different parts of his life came together in his first novel, The Gristmill, an upmarket contemporary novel about work, ambition, money, music, love, and the ways family, friendships, romance, and the rest of a life affect how we think about success.
